There are specialist bathing and shower facilities and residents can choose how they wish their hygiene needs to be met. Externally, there is a well-kept spacious garden and court yard that is accessible to all wheelchairs and mobility aids. Forest Manor Care Home has a friendly homely atmosphere providing care for clients with general old age nursing, physical disability, Dementia Spectrum of Disorders/ Disease, including progressive disorders such as Huntington’s Disease. There are also facilities to cater for sufferers of Alcoholic Dementia and Traumatic Dementia, (brain injury victims).
